About Mike

I started Mike's boot camp in 2003 to create a fun and energetic workout program....and to escape the gym!

My focus is to give you a great workout while running to some of the best parts of the city - Twin Peaks, Glen Park Canyon and Lyon Street Stairs.

Expect lots of push-ups, sit-ups, holds, sprints and stairs. I have over 30 different workouts and each one is designed to get you into great shape!
